PARKLIFE FUNDING REQUEST GUDIELINES 2025

Please note that there is no PARKLIFE sponsorship for the Month of December

SOCIAL/SPORT:Where Medtronic colleagues (Minimum 4 people & Maximum unlimited attendees) arrange a social/sport activity on their own time, separate to Medtronic team bonding/department events/parties. (Sponsorship up to 35% of total cost for social event & sponsorship up to 50% of total cost for sport event). Please note there is no Parklife sponsorship for the month of December.

In the interest of fairness and equality - fair usage applies - all funding requests are reviewed and decided upon at the discretion of the PARKLIFE committee under the following guidelines.
At times of high demand, the PARKLIFE committee may have to reduce the amount of funding available to each member.

Funding Process:

Form submitted to RS GWY PARKLIFE (rs.gwyparklife@medtronic.com) at minimum 2 weeks before the event.

All requests reviewed at PARKLIFE core team meeting at 10am Thursdays.

For all events receipt for total cost of the event to be sent to RS GWY PARKLIFE (rs.gwyparklife@medtronic.com) within 1 week.
